Kindergym is a movement programme for children 5 years and under and their adult caregiver. It is designed to develop the whole child – socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically and is conducted in a safe, structured and multisensory environment. Kindergym assists in improving children's confidence and self-esteem by developing muscle groups and encouraging CAREGIVERS to join in and have fun with their babies use of equipment to further physical and fundamental movement skills.
