Magill Little Athletics Centre

Magill Little Athletics Centre (MLAC) is a sports club located in Adelaide, South Australia. MLAC is dedicated to empowering children aged from U/6 to U/17, regardless of their ability, to strive for their personal best in a wide range of athletic events. Additionally, MLAC offers a specially tailored programme called Tiny Tots for children aged 3 to 5, focusing on fun, games, and skill development.

At MLAC, the emphasis is on fostering a love for fitness, improvement, and a positive attitude towards sports, rather than solely focusing on winning. All events and activities are carefully designed to be age-appropriate and help children develop their athletic abilities effectively.

MLAC is currently open for registrations for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. New participants have the opportunity to join a 'Come and Try' programme. This programme allows athletes to experience the club for two weeks, completely free of charge, before committing to full registration. The club has experienced some exciting changes, including a new location at Caterer Oval, St Peters College, with access from Hatswell Street in Hackney. Most sessions take place on Sundays, with athletes gathering at 9:15 am for a 9:30 am start. All details regarding upcoming events and meet dates can be found in our club calendar, ensuring that participants are well-informed and can plan accordingly.

For children aged 3 to 5, the Tiny Tots programme offers a modified, age-appropriate curriculum. This programme runs from 9:30 am until approximately 10:30 am, providing a fun and engaging introduction to athletics. Magill Little Athletics Centre is an inclusive community that welcomes new members, returning participants, and those interested in giving the club a try.
