The Mackay Cutters Rugby League Club was established in 2008, becoming one of many clubs throughout QLD competing for the Queensland Cup. Our primary focus is to provide rugby league pathways for its people. These pathways can be to reach the highest level of the game or just as important, transitioning to and from Rugby League Mackay District (RLMD). Our connections to the Queensland Rugby League, the National Rugby League and beyond give our players the opportunity to shine, with many of our previous players like, Nico Hynes, Michael Morgan, Reuben Cotter, and Mitch Dunn all succeeding immensely in rugby league.
We hold the highest regard our responsibility in the community and to the game of rugby league. We strive to be a leader in area of holistic development where our success indicators will be a reflection of our people inside the club and those who progress from the club.
