Mackay Regional Council’s Online Sports Expo & Sign-On is now live and will run for the whole month of February. The online event will showcase more than 100 local sport and recreation options and includes a welcome message from the Mayor and eight active zone demonstration videos.
As a result of the current restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sports Expo is unable to be held in its usual format at the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre. Although we will not be able to have an in-person event this year, we are excited to be able to showcase our local sport and recreation clubs via a new online, interactive platform.
