The club proudly boasts Lauretta Hanson as one of its members. Lauretta is an elite rider on the UCI Women's World Tour, representing Team Trek Segafredo as a domestique. Although Lauretta is often riding overseas, she has decided Macedon Ranges Cycling Club as her home club and serves as an outstanding ambassador for both the club and women's cycling.

In addition to the regular group rides, the club also organises special events throughout the year. One such event is a trip to Bright in November, providing members with an opportunity to explore new cycling routes and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the region. The club also conducts gravel rides on the 2nd Saturday of every month, catering to those who enjoy off-road cycling adventures.
