Lotus Strength and Conditioning is a functional gym, and we are affiliated as Lotus CrossFit. We believe that fitness doesn’t have to be doing endless hours on machines. It should be functional, inclusive, and fun. Our classes are small to give you plenty of one on one coaching in each session.
We lift, jump, throw, push, pull, squat and press. Focusing on functional movements, free weights, pull up frames, gymnastic rings, balls, ropes, kettlebells, barbells and much more. We focus on high intensity conditioning, gymnastics movements and Olympic weightlifting. These are the core movements of life!
