Our gym is equipped with the latest Technogym cardio and strength equipment, spread across a spacious 870sqm area. In addition to the state-of-the-art equipment, all access memberships include a free body scan, appraisal, and personalised programme with regular reviews, ensuring that you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.

For our water lovers, we have a 25-metre indoor pool that is heated to approximately 30 degrees Celsius all year round. This temperature provides the ideal environment for activities such as water running, muscular rehabilitation, and aqua fitness classes. We also have dedicated slow, medium, and fast lanes for swimmers, as well as squad swimming sessions and GoSwimming classes for kids.

If group fitness is your thing, you'll be spoiled for choice with over 75 Les Mills and freestyle classes available each week. Our 616sqm Group Fitness studio and separate spin studio provide plenty of space for enjoyable and energising workouts. To make things even more convenient, we offer online sign-in for classes and utilise BodyBike SMART+ technology in our spin classes.

Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of court space for their favourite activities. Whether you enjoy netball, basketball, futsal, or racquet sports, we have multi-use courts and specific squash courts available for both casual and regular use.
