Logan Village Riding Club, located in Logan City, is a sports club that caters to equestrians of all levels and ages. Whether you are a seasoned competitor or just starting out, Logan Village Riding Club offers a welcoming and supportive environment for riders to pursue their equestrian goals.
At Logan Village Riding Club, we strive to provide our members, competitors, and the community with current and reliable information about our club. Our website serves as a valuable resource, featuring details about our club activities, membership, news, and more. Regular updates are posted regarding upcoming competitions, clinics, and other events held at our club.
Designed to meet the needs of riders, our facilities are second to none. Situated at 80 Quinzeh Creek Road, Logan Village, our club includes a floodlit riding area, round yard, cross-country course, and much more. Our large floodlit riding arena can accommodate three dressage arenas or two showjumping courses, along with a warm-up area. Thanks to Logan City Council's 'Get in the Game' grant, we also have a spacious 20 × 60 fenced sand arena.
Beginners to advanced riders can enjoy our multi-level cross-country course, while our steel round yard provides a safe and enclosed space for training. For the convenience of our members, we offer a canteen area with BBQ facilities, secure yards for ponies and larger horses, a wash bay, and ample parking for floats and cars. We also provide a full range of quality showjumping equipment.
Membership at Logan Village Riding Club grants access to our club grounds and facilities, with certain rules and restrictions in place (please refer to the club handbook for details). To access the club grounds on non-club days, a key can be purchased from the committee. Floodlights are available for club members to use for a gold coin donation. The cross-country course can be used by prior arrangement with the committee, and it is mandatory for members to have an instructor or responsible adult present at all times.
Our club is run by a dedicated group of volunteers who form our committee. These individuals are passionate about providing a safe and encouraging environment for riders to pursue their equestrian goals. The committee members can be contacted between 6. 00pm and 8.
00pm (as most are full-time workers and have horse-related commitments) via email.
Logan Village Riding Club is continuously striving to improve and upgrade its facilities. Currently, we are in the process of applying for grants to create more yards and upgrade the lighting in our arenas.
