Our learn to log roll programmes are available to all ages and abilities. Our instructors provide you with tips & techniques to get your log rolling addiction started! Once you start you’ll never want to stop!
Learning is easier than you think. The logs are equipped with yellow trainers which slow and stabilise the log, providing resistance and reducing the speed in which it spins. This enables beginners to catch their balance before they fall. As your skill level improves, the trainers are then removed one by one which reduces resistance and increases the spinning speed until you can log roll without any trainers attached.
At this point, you’ll need seriously quick feet because it’s fast fast fast!
Log rolling is an exciting non-traditional sport that provides many physical & health benefits. Apart from being fun and extremely addictive, it is a non-contact, low impact sport that promotes great balance, core strength, cardio endurance, leg speed and requires high levels of concentration.
