SHARK This level is for swimmers who have mastered the basic swim strokes and are ready to refine their technique and build endurance. Swimmers will work on perfecting their freestyle and backstroke, as well as learn breaststroke and butterfly strokes. Flip turns and starts will also be introduced at this level. 45 minute lessons, 4 years and above – $24STROKE DEVELOPMENT In this level, swimmers will fine-tune their technique and work towards becoming strong, competent swimmers.

They will learn advanced skills such as correct timing, breathing patterns, and proper finishes in all four swim strokes. Swimmers will continue to build endurance and stamina. 45 minute lessons, 4 years and above – $24Our lessons are taught in a fun and safe environment, where children can feel comfortable and have fun while learning. We have small class sizes to ensure that each child receives individual attention and instruction.

Our pools are heated to 32. 5 degrees, providing a comfortable year-round swimming experience.
