Welcome to PCYC Lismore, your local sports club dedicated to empowering young people in partnership with the Police and the community. As a charity organisation, we strive to help young individuals survive and thrive by providing a wide range of activities and programmes.

Our club is proud to offer an awesome gymnastics programme that caters to all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gymnast, we have classes and activities that will challenge and inspire you. PCYC is the largest provider of gymnastics in NSW, and we are committed to providing positive experiences for young people across the state.

In addition to gymnastics, we offer a variety of other activities throughout the year. One of our more popular programmes is powerlifting, which attracts many participants who are passionate about strength and fitness. We also collaborate with the local police to run fit for programmes that promote a healthy lifestyle and build strong relationships between young people and law enforcement.

During school holidays, we organise inclusive and fun programmes that keep young ones engaged and entertained. These programmes include a range of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, and team-building exercises. We aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment where kids can make new friends and have a great time.

PCYC Lismore welcomes individuals who are interested in becoming coaches. Whether you're already qualified or eager to learn, we provide support and guidance to help you gain your accreditation and make a positive impact on young people's lives. Located at Cnr Orion & Dawson Streets, Lismore, NSW, our club operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
