Our aim at La Trobe University Rowing Club (LURC) is to promote the sport of rowing, competition and good sportsmanship across all levels of ability from the raw beginners to the elite.
Whilst fostering the development of rowing with both past and present La Trobe students and staff, we’re also open to the wider public and provide opportunities to row socially or competitively at all levels of competition.
However LURC isn’t all about competition; the club also encourages the social development and interaction of its members to support long-lasting friendships and provides the facilities, skill base and a comfortable environment in which to pursue the sport of rowing, whatever your goals may be.
