Need a partner to attend the classes? No, you don't need a partner to attend the classes. We rotate partners throughout the class, so you get the opportunity to dance with different people and improve your leading and following skills. However, if you prefer to dance with a specific partner, you're welcome to do so.

What can I expect from the classes? Our classes are fun and energetic, suitable for absolute beginners to advanced students. We focus on teaching Latin dance styles such as Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue. Our experienced teachers will break down the steps and techniques in a way that is easy to understand and follow.

You'll learn a variety of dance patterns, footwork, and styling, and have the opportunity to practise your moves with different partners.

Who is Jeremy, the director of Latin Fusion? Jeremy is one of the pioneers of Latin dancing in Sydney, teaching Salsa since 1992. He is an accomplished dancer, performer, and choreographer, having performed in numerous shows, gala balls, and festivals in and around Sydney. Jeremy is a Salsa dance champion and has studied various forms of dance, including competition Ballroom dancing and Jazz.

He has a unique teaching style and has taught thousands of Sydneysiders to Salsa. Jeremy is highly respected in the dance community and is known for his passion and dedication to Latin dance.

Where are the classes located? We have classes at several locations in Sydney. Our classes take place at Mounties on Mondays and Wednesdays, Penrith RSL on Thursdays, and Castle Hill on Sundays. Please note that bookings are required as there are limited spots available per class.

What should I wear to the classes? Most people come in smart casual wear, such as jeans. It's best to wear shoes that you can spin and turn on and that are comfortable. We recommend avoiding joggers or sneakers as they tend to grip the surface and restrict your movement.

Do I need to book or can I just turn up? It is entirely up to you. We don't lock you into a term where you have to come each week. Our classes are structured in a way that allows you to come at any time.

However, we encourage consistency as it is key to learning quickly. So, even though you don't need to book, we recommend regular attendance to get the most out of your dance journey.
