Based in Canberra's Tuggeranong Valley, the Lanyon United Football Club supports teams playing competitive soccer in the Canberra Senior Football Leagues. The club is focused on playing and enjoying football and making football accessible to senior players of all ages and capabilities.
In 2011 the club is fielding teams in Men's State League 3, 5 and 7, Men's Masters Division 1 and Over 45s, and Women's State League 3 and 4 and Women's Masters.
The club celebrated its tenth year of operation in 2010, and has expanded significantly from the original 2 teams in 2001. Lanyon United’s home strip consists of orange, black and white shirts, black shorts and black socks.
