With over 10 black belt coaches specialising in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing, we have the expertise to guide you on your martial arts journey. Our coaches have real fighting experience and can walk the talk, ensuring that you receive top-notch training.

For those interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, our classes provide a non-aggressive, non-violent approach to self-defence. It is a submission art form that allows students to learn at their own pace and engage in positive physical activity. The classes provide an excellent aerobic and anaerobic workout.

In our Kickboxing classes, also known as Muay Thai, you will learn the national sport of Thailand and the fighting art of 'eight limbs. ' Through these classes, you will develop skills in punching, kicking, kneeing, clinching, and elbowing while also learning how to defend yourself.

We also offer kids classes, where Anthony has produced many state, national, and world champion grapplers. His coaching style and open learning approach have consistently advanced his students' skills. The kids' classes not only teach martial arts techniques but also instil discipline, self-respect, and the importance of making better choices.

At Langes MMA, we take pride in our competition team. Anthony has coached many state, national, and world champion grapplers, black belts, and MMA fighters. His expertise and experience, as one of the Australian pioneers of the sport, make him an invaluable coach. Under his guidance, our team has achieved numerous victories both locally and internationally, including the first Australian to compete and win in the UFC.
