The dance styles incorporated into the syllabus are jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, aerobics, and yoga.
Physical Culture improves strength, fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, and balance and assists with brain development and confidence.
Physie classes are for girls and Ladies 3-73+ years. The classes support and encourage girls and women of every age, so they feel like a valuable member of the group and the community.
