Kugatsu Judo Club is one of the oldest judo clubs in Australia. Throughout the club’s history, Kugatsu has produced a number national champions and Olympians. Training at Bass Hill Public school, Kugatsu Judo club is a part of the Bankstown sports community and has been providing training for the community for a number of years.
Judo is an art, a discipline, an Olympic sport, a means of self-defence or combat, a recreational and social activity and a way of life. It is all of these and more. Judo is a martial art that will develop your physical fitness and encourages mental discipline.
