If you are new to Krav Maga, we offer a Krav Maga Induction class designed specifically for beginners. This 60-minute class will introduce you to the fundamentals of Krav Maga and is free for first-time participants. Additionally, our She Fights Back® programme provides powerful self-defence classes exclusively for women aged 16 and above, focusing on countering common street attacks targeted at women. The first class is free for anyone interested.
For those seeking an immersive experience, we offer the opportunity to train in Israel, the birthplace of Krav Maga. Join us for seven days of training with Israel's best instructors, with the option to spend an additional two days touring the country. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this training camp is an incredible opportunity to enhance your skills.
