Welcome to the Koroit & District Basketball Association, a top sports club located in Moyne Shire. As a registered affiliate of Basketball Victoria, our association offers basketball opportunities for players of all levels and skills, regardless of gender or age. We are privileged to be governed in the regional area by Basketball Victoria Country, ensuring that our club adheres to the highest standards of the sport.
At the Koroit & District Basketball Association, we believe that basketball encompasses more than just the players on the court. We value the contributions of referees and coaches, without whom the sport would not be possible. As such, we provide opportunities for individuals to get involved at these different levels, ensuring that all participants can find their place in the basketball community.
We offer a variety of weekly events and competitions to cater to our diverse membership. Our Wednesday nights feature Koroit Hoops from 4:15 pm and Koroit Advanced Hoops from 5:15 pm, led by the experienced coach Ben Quarrell. On Friday nights, we host a mixed junior competition with divisions 1 and 2. These events provide a platform for players to showcase their skills, develop their abilities, and bond with their teammates.
