For example, we have exciting trials for the 2023 KNA Representative Team coming up on 28 February 2023. We also recently held the 2022 High School Fast7 competition on 20 September 2022, a thrilling event for all participants.

Our rosters run on Mondays and Wednesdays, catering to various age groups and experience levels.
