The Keith Golf Club is 6 km from town, 4 of those being down Sherwood Rd. The ground was once dune country and in dry summers the heat can take a toll on the course. However it is fully watered and has grass greens, and for most of the year it is in good condition. The terrain is undulating, even hilly in places, and the greens are also sloping, presenting true challenges.
The Keith golf course is still one of the few Par 73 courses around.
