Callisthenics is a uniquely Australian sport where girls of all ages learn an appreciation of music, dancing, acting, strength, flexibility performing arts, and compete against other clubs.
Depending on the age group the student can learn between 4-7 routine that can contain march, clubs, rods, free exercise, aesthetics/rhythmics, dance arrangement, song, and dance or revue.
