Just for Kicks Taekwondo is a family-oriented sports club located in Wollondilly Shire Council, Australia. The club, led by Mick and Karen Williams, focuses on teaching the martial art of Taekwondo and is committed to the development of individual success and personal growth. As a unique husband and wife team, Mick and Karen are experienced instructors with international qualifications and extensive martial arts experience.

Just for Kicks Taekwondo offers affordable training in a great environment. They have a class schedule that includes sessions on Mondays at 7:45 pm, Thursdays at 4:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am. The club takes pride in having no monthly fees and offers a Kindy Kwondo programme specifically designed for children. This programme recognises that children have unique needs and learning patterns, and provides a safe and enjoyable environment for them to train with children of their own size, age, and maturity.
With over 40 years of combined experience, Mick and Karen provide excellent instruction to trainees of all ages. Just for Kicks Taekwondo caters to both kids and adults, emphasising the importance of getting fit, learning new skills, and benefiting from the training expertise of 5th Dan World Master Mick Williams.
The club also has a strong connexion to the Illawarra Taekwondo community, specifically with Master George Thomas, who is responsible for the growth and development of Taekwondo in the Illawarra and Southern Highlands Regions. Just for Kicks Taekwondo has even conducted training trips to Korea and has been involved in delivering self-defence seminars and programmes such as Women on Wheels at various locations.
