Cats Cheerleading, Dance & Aerobics is a sports club located on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne. The club is dedicated to providing a safe and fun-loving environment for students to learn valuable skills and live their best lives.
The Jungle Cats staff are committed to instilling respect, integrity, fairness, responsibility, commitment, and pride in all students and staff members. They believe that the success of a team is not solely dependent on one individual, but rather the spirit and unity of the entire club. As a result, all students are treated equally and encouraged to work hard and push themselves to achieve their goals.
Jungle Cats embraces athletes of all ages, sizes, and abilities, offering classes suitable for everyone in cheerleading, aerobics, and dance. Whether students are interested in recreational classes or competitive squads, there is a class available for them. The club aims for every student to walk out their doors with a smile on their face.
The facilities at Jungle Cats are exceptional. Their home is conveniently located just five minutes from Main Street Mornington and includes a full-size 9-run sprung cheerleading floor, a 12×12m Tarkett dance floor, a tumble trak, trampoline, and safety crash mats. In addition, there is a reception area with TV, couches, and merchandise on display, as well as toilets, an athlete hub with a homework area, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The club also provides shelves for student belongings and a filtered water cooler.
Jungle Cats has a rich history, dating back to its establishment in 2014. It was founded by Courtney and Le, who achieved remarkable results at competitions and created a welcoming and fun environment for dance, cheerleading, and aerobics enthusiasts. In 2018, Amanda took over as the new owner, allowing Courtney and Le to embark on new journeys. Under Amanda's leadership, the club continues to foster the same fun-loving and hardworking environment that has been present since the beginning of Jungle Cats.
