Dad. This programme focuses on water familiarisation, safety skills, and building confidence in the water. The classes are small and intimate, allowing for one-on-one attention from our experienced teachers. The warm water and gentle environment create a calm and soothing atmosphere for both parent and child.
For children aged 3 years and above, we offer skill-based levels that focus on stroke development. Our beginner level, Crab, teaches children basic water skills such as floating and doggy-paddling. As they progress, they move on to the Octopus level where they learn freestyle and backstroke. The Frog level introduces them to all four swimming strokes, and finally, the Stingray level focuses on stroke development and refinement.
At JUMP! O’Connor, we pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment for every child. Our swimming teachers are fully qualified and have extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities. We understand that every child is unique, and our small classes allow us to tailor our teaching to their individual needs.
We believe that a positive and nurturing approach is key to helping children develop confidence and enjoyment in the water.
Our purpose-built indoor pool is heated to a comfortable 32–33 degrees, ensuring that children can swim in a warm and pleasant environment all year round. We also prioritise cleanliness and hygiene, with our pools serviced daily to maintain a high standard of water quality.
JUMP! O’Connor is conveniently located in the showroom block with Rugs A Million and Total Tools, just off Stock Road. Our facility offers plenty of privacy and a real sense of community. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space where parents and caregivers can feel comfortable discussing their child's progress with our friendly staff.
