Age-based levels include Duckling (3-9 months), Duck (10-24 months), and Tadpole (2-3 years). Skill-based levels include Beginner (3+ years) for those who can doggy-paddle up to 7 metres unassisted, Octopus for those who can do overarm freestyle, Frog for those who can do freestyle and backstroke, and Stingray for stroke development in all four strokes.
