Small Group Clinics during School Holidays!
Small Group clinics run for 90 minutes with a focus on one fundamental. The clinics have a maximum of 5 players per session with Coach KB leading a focussed and intense session.

There are 2 sessions per day which are broken down by age group and size ball you are using!
Session 1 - 9am - 10.30am U10 & U12's Size 5 Ball
Session 2 - 11am-12.30pm - U14's Boys & U16's Size 6 & 7 ball
Our
basketball ‘Help & Recover defence clinic is a fundamental strategy used in basketball to disrupt the flow of the opposing team's defence.
Players prioritise teamwork, communication, and quick rotations to provide support to teammates guarding the ball while also being ready to recover to their own defensive assignments.
The primary objective of help and recover defence is to prevent easy scoring opportunities.
As with any specialized basketball training, repetition, practice, and an understanding of fundamental techniques are crucial for players to enhance their ability to finish effectively around the rim during games.
