Hunter Valley Physie Club was established in 2009 and is part of the Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture.
Physical Culture is a sport for girls and women from 3 years up which aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, fitness, and flexibility through exercise.
Our choreography is designed to teach the relationship of movement to music, rhythm, co-ordination, balance, and musical interpretation.
New members are always welcome so come-along and join in the fun at Hunter Valley Physie Club!
