Hume City FC

Hume City Football Club (HCFC) is a proud member of the National leading League (NPL) and is located in Hume City, Australia. The club has made significant investments in its facilities and youth setup to establish a sustainable football club for many years to come.

HCFC is dedicated to producing talented players for both its senior team and higher levels through its juniors. The club treats every player as family and provides them with full support. Steve Kaya serves as the Club President and is committed to the success and growth of Hume City Football Club.

The club has an elite NPL Junior programme from Under 13 to Under 20, providing promising young players the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential. HCFC also boasts immaculate facilities, including three grass pitches and one 3G surface, offering players optimal training conditions.

In addition to its focus on juniors and senior teams, HCFC also has an academy for players aged 8 to 12, providing them with specialised training and a chance to develop their skills in an elite programme. The club is also actively growing its ladies team, welcoming new coaches and players to strengthen its flourishing female programme.

Furthermore, HCFC runs off-season soccer schools for children aged 6 to 12, providing them with opportunities to continue their development and enjoy the game during school holidays. The club is proud to offer both highly accredited and dedicated coaches who work together with a single goal in mind: to help players reach their potential and succeed in football.

Hume City Football Club has a rich history. It was originally established in 1979 as Holland Park F. C, officially registered with the FFV. Over the years, the club went through rebranding and name changes, eventually becoming Hume City in 2009.

In 2014, the club opened its state-of-the-art 12 million dollar facility, further enhancing its commitment to developing the sport in the local community.

HCFC has also achieved notable success on the field. Under the guidance of coach Lou Acevski, the team reached the semi-final of the FFA Cup in 2016, narrowly missing out on a spot in the final. In the same competition, they also reached the round of 16 in 2016 and the round of 32 in 2017. Additionally, the club became the Dockerty Cup Champions in 2019, winning their first major silverware.
