Welcome to Snow Season 2019 from the Hotham Snowboarders Inc Club (HSi).
HSI was founded in 2012 and is based at the beautiful Mount Hotham Alpine Resort. HSi is a not for profit Snowboarding Club which is accredited with SSA (Ski and Snowboard Australia), and is overseen by a volunteer committee providing a pathway programme for enthusiastic junior snowboarders.
The main objective of HSi is to assist riders that have reached level 5/6 (Mountain dependent) in regular Snowboard School and are looking to further develop their riding and possibly move onto a competitive level. HSi is Mt Hotham’s on hill Snowboarding Coaching Pathway Programme that focuses on all facets of boarding including Slopestyle, Boardercross, Big Mountain, Park, Banked Slalom, and Freeriding. The framework of the HSi programme is outlined by SSA and is delivered by our highly qualified coaching director and a professional team of discipline specific coaches.
Within the programme riders have the exposure to all facets and disciplines of snowboarding with the ability to specialise and represent HSi, whilst being amongst a group of likeminded, skilled and determined young snowboarders.
