Holy Saviour Auskick is a sports club located in Melbourne that offers participation in the NAB AFL Auskick programme. As Australia's leading programme for kids' participation in Australian football, Holy Saviour Auskick aims to help children get active and form lasting friendships.
NAB AFL Auskick introduces children to the game of Australian football while also teaching them invaluable life skills. Through game-based activities that kids love, learning is disguised as playing. One of the great aspects of Holy Saviour Auskick is that children can start participating in the programme in the calendar year they turn 5, regardless of their experience with Aussie Rules.
At Holy Saviour Auskick, the emphasis is on creating a fun and positive experience for all participants. The sessions are filled with organised chaos that leads to perfect fun. By engaging in game-based activities, kids become more active and confident. To ensure safe and fair play, Auskickers are divided by age and there are optional all-girls groups available.
Participants will have the opportunity to get comfortable on the footy field while laughing and learning along the way. Each session runs for only one hour per week, and there is no need for expensive kit - Auskickers can wear whatever they feel comfortable in.
In addition to the enjoyable experience, Holy Saviour Auskickers also receive some fantastic benefits. Each participant receives a unique pack of exclusive footy goodies and an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice. This membership allows them access to AFL games and AFLW elite matches. Selected Auskickers even have the chance to play halftime alongside their footy heroes.
Holy Saviour Auskick recognises the importance of parents' involvement in the programme. Parents play a critical role in creating a fun and inclusive environment for their children. Whether it is coordinating activities, getting involved directly, or simply encouraging their kids, parents are encouraged to participate. Local Auskick coordinators are always available to guide and help parents on how to get involved.
Holy Saviour Auskick also offers the opportunity for registered Auskickers to join Team NAB AFL Auskick. Winners of this competition receive a Grand Final Week experience and the chance to present a medal to their footy heroes at the Grand Final. Additionally, they receive $5,000 spending money for the team captain.
Join Holy Saviour Auskick today and give your child the chance to experience the joy of Australian football while building friendships and learning valuable skills.
