Holy Family Catholic Primary School Auskick Centre is a vibrant and inclusive sports club located in the beautiful Ballina Shire Council. As an accredited NAB AFL Auskick centre, it provides children with the opportunity to participate in Australia's leading participation programme and discover the excitement of Australian Football.
At Holy Family Catholic Primary School Auskick Centre, learning is disguised as playing through game-based activities that children love. This allows them to develop invaluable life skills while getting active and forming lasting friendships. Children can start Auskick in the calendar year they turn 5, regardless of their previous Aussie Rules experience.
The experience at Holy Family Catholic Primary School Auskick Centre is all about fun and active play. We believe that game-based activities result in more active and confident kids. To ensure safety and fair play, Auskickers are divided into age-specific groups, and we also offer optional all-girls groups. Our sessions run for one hour per week, allowing children to become comfortable on the footy field while laughing and learning along the way.
There's no need for expensive kit, as Auskickers can wear whatever they feel comfortable in.
In addition to the enjoyment of playing, Holy Family Catholic Primary School Auskickers receive a range of exclusive benefits. They receive a unique pack of footy goodies, an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice (including game access! And the exciting opportunity to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their footy heroes.
Parents are also encouraged to get involved in the NAB AFL Auskick experience. Whether it's coordinating, assisting, or simply encouraging, families play a critical role in creating a fun and inclusive environment for their children.
