For those seeking a challenge, HDA also offers an Advanced Grade 8 class. These beautiful 60-minute classes not only improve posture, coordination, balance, memory, and mobility but also provide an opportunity to express your artistic side through flowing ballet movements accompanied by beautiful classical music.
