The Heights Barbell Club is the place for all things Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Strength and Conditioning. Whether you're an elite athlete or a humble beginner we cater for all. We have a fundamentals programme for those who have yet to learn how to do the basics. Learn and challenge yourself in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We use good old fashion hard work and state of the art technology to help you achieve your goals and reach your potential.
Learn to warm up and prepare yourself for training. Perform movements safely with the right form and learn how to begin your recovery with cool downs, mobility, and flexibility guidance. We educate our members on the best practises for nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and goal setting through intuitive lectures.
Equipment used include barbells, squat cage, ghd, reverse hype, dowel, bands, rollers and more.
