Heartbeat High Pilates has three studio locations throughout the inner and western suburbs of Perth. Whether you decide their Heartbeater or Heartbreaker Clubs, your membership allows you to attend classes at all locations. The studio addresses are as follows: Perth CBD – Level 3, 5 Barrack Street; Cottesloe - 4/12 Station Street; Shenton Park – Level 1, 160 Onslow Road.

To stay connected, download the Heartbeat High Pilates app from the App Store or Google Play. The app allows you to have full control of your upcoming class schedule, manage your membership, purchase class packs, and get the first grab at special events.
When arriving for your first class, it is recommended to come at least 15 minutes early. This will allow the staff to show you around the studio and get you set up properly. Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted entry due to health and safety considerations.
Grip socks are compulsory for all Pilates classes at Heartbeat High Pilates. If you don't have a pair, don't worry. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio for $20. Just ask your instructor at the front desk.
Remember to stay hydrated during your workouts. Heartbeat High Pilates encourages you to bring a drink bottle, and they have water fountains where you can refill it.
If you're a first-timer to Reformer Pilates, they recommend starting with their open level Reformer class called Freeform. Arriving 10 minutes early will allow the staff to help you get set up on the equipment.
