We cater to a variety of individuals, including sufferers of neurological conditions, metabolic conditions, strength and joint conditions, pre and post-replacement rehabilitation, and age-related conditions.
Our facility is fully equipped with a gym on site, providing you with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Additionally, we offer mobile equipment for home visits, ensuring that you can continue your exercise routine even outside our facility.
We provide both one-on-one sessions and group sessions that are tailored to your specific capabilities and needs. Our team of exercise physiologists and allied health professionals are here to support you throughout your fitness journey.
As an Allied Health service, we accept both private and government funding, including DVA, NDIS, and Medicare. We work with a wide range of individuals, and we are committed to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being.
On your first visit, you can expect to complete a general health questionnaire application form prior to your session. The initial session will take approximately 1 hour and will include an interview about your current conditions and medical history, as well as fitness level testing. The following sessions will focus on exercises both in the clinic and for you to continue at home.
When coming to the clinic, we recommend wearing gym attire and suitable footwear for ease of movement. Please bring a towel and water for all sessions to stay hydrated.
