Welcome to Health For Life Personal Health and Fitness, Brisbane, Australia. We are a small, personalised training centre for people of all ages and physical abilities. We aim to provide a fun and non-intimidating exercise community that incorporates leading edge training programmes to help with everything from weight loss to rehabilitation to sport specific and bootcamp style training.

Our BOXING FITNESS class comnbines, lots of punching, interspersed with some running, jumping, crunching and so much more. The class is perfectly safe and open to everyone as there is never any contact with any person, only the punching bag. Punch as hard or as soft as you like but guaranteed you will leave knwoing you have worked hard.
