Aikido is a non-violent, defensive martial art for men, women, and children. From this training you can take control and defend yourself against aggressive behaviour towards you no matter what size or strength you are. The ultimate is to blend with the oncoming force and find a resolution that does not impact on the wellbeing of yourself or the aggressor. Aikido is a fun and dynamic practise which builds strength, confidence, coordination, and self-discipline.
