At Greystanes Physie & Dance, we offer a wide range of classes suitable for all ages and experience levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to try dancing for the first time or an experienced dancer or gymnast, we have a class that suits you. Our unique dance classes fuse together different dance genres, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, physie, lyrical, and modern dance, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly club that goes beyond just dance. When you join Greystanes Physie & Dance, you become part of a supportive community where lifelong friendships are made and plenty of fun is had along the way. Our classes and performance opportunities cater to preschoolers aged 4 and up to ladies aged 60+. No matter your age or background, everyone is welcome to join our dance family.

One of the advantages of choosing Physie & Dance is its affordability compared to other dance forms. Girls wear no shoes for performances, and only one performance association leotard is required for the entire year. Physie & Dance not only offers physical fitness benefits but also promotes social interaction, self-worth, and overall well-being.

In addition to our regular classes, we offer opportunities for students to participate in competitions organised by the Australian Physie and Dance Association (APDA). These competitions are optional, and students can decide to enter based on their interest and experience. Our dedicated and experienced team at Greystanes Physie & Dance provide quality training to help students develop their skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

Greystanes Physie and Dance was founded in 2012 by Kasey Aquilina and Dianne Corbett, both passionate physie girls who share their love and knowledge of dance with their students. As we celebrate our 11th year in 2022, we continue to uphold our values of fun, fitness, and friendship. Our goal is to inspire and empower our members to explore the magical world of dance while creating lifelong memories and friendships.
