Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre is a sports club located in Forster – Tuncurry, dedicated to providing a wide range of fitness and recreational activities for the local community. As a partnership between Great Lakes Council and YMCA NSW, the centre offers state-of-the-art facilities and services while also giving back to the community through various youth and community programmes.

The gym features an extensive cardio area, weights area, RPM room, and over 60s group fitness classes. Members can also enjoy access to the 25m heated indoor pool, equipped with a pool hoist, as well as a dedicated kids and toddlers pool, spa, and sauna. Additionally, the centre offers a creche for parents, a café for refreshments, BBQ facilities for outdoor gatherings, and an indoor sports hall for various sporting activities.

Operating hours are designed to accommodate the varying schedules of members. From Monday to Thursday, the centre is open from 6am to 9pm (8pm during school holidays), while Friday hours are from 6am to 8pm. On Saturdays, the centre opens at 8am and closes at 5pm, while Sundays and public holidays have slightly reduced hours of 9am to 5pm and 10am to 4pm, respectively. Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre is closed on Christmas day and Anzac day.
