The Gosford Stingrays Swimming Club came into existence in 1955, just before the opening of the Gosford Olympic Swimming Pool in Masons Parade Gosford. The swimming pool and the swimming club were the first on the Central Coast and over the last 50 years, Gosford Stingrays has been the most successful swimming club on the Central Coast. Gosford Stingrays has produced many great swimmers both in the pool and the open water. The swimmers have included a number of National as well as World champions and a number of our swimmers have represented Australia at the Olympics and the Paralympics.
