What swimming programs do you offer?

We run Swim and Play programs for young children, kids levels such as Glides, Torpedoes, Dolphins, Sharks and 100 Bronze through to 400 Gold, and squad teams including Team Bronze, Team Silver, Team Gold and Super Swims. Adults can choose Adults Learn To Swim, Adult Stroke Development, Adults Swim For Fit, Lap Swimming and Aqua Aerobics.

Do you have programs for both kids and adults?

Yes. Kids programs cover stages from Waterbabies and Kindy 1 to higher levels like 200 Silver and 400 Gold, plus Teams (Squad). Adults can also train with options such as Lap Swimming and Aqua Aerobics.
