Glorious Health n Fitness provides indoor dance/movement group exercises and outdoor one-on- one personal training for the older active adult female Australian 50 plus years old.

A typical workout combines all elements of fitness cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, core strength for balance, and joint flexibility to prevent injuries, fight against osteoporosis. In addition to all this benefits are boosted energy levels & an overwhelming feeling of wellness that students come back for more, week after week. Two essentials are FUN and SAFETY in the branding of my classes. This is exercise in disguise.
