Welcome to Glenorchy City Tennis Club! Located in Hobart, the club offers six synthetic grass courts with lights for nighttime play, as well as a well-appointed clubhouse. Whether you're a new member or a visitor, you'll always receive a warm welcome at the club.
The club offers a range of activities for tennis enthusiasts of all levels. Off-peak pricing for court hire is now extended to 7. 30pm, thanks to Daylight Savings. For coaching enquiries, you can contact Sahil, our coach, on 0466098984.
The club also offers coaching sessions on Saturday mornings and Term 4 cardio sessions, so be sure to book your spot with Sahil.
Social tennis sessions are held on Tuesdays from 9. 00am, with a cost of $3 per member and $5 for non-members. Thursday sessions are held from 7pm and cost $6, which includes new balls every 2nd week and lights. Saturday sessions start at 11am.
If you're looking to hire a court, our tennis courts are open for public hire at an hourly fee starting from $20. Additional fees apply for the use of lights and during peak times. Members can hire courts for free during daylight hours, while guests should pay a visitor fee of $5 each. To hire a court, including for members, it is recommended to book online on the Court Hire page.
