Established in 1956, playing in the Esperance District Football Association, Gibson has always been the team to watch!
GFC is located 25 km north of Esperance, the club has always had a strong supporter and sponsor base, a healthy seniors division and juniors coming up through the ranks. Gibson has laid the groundwork for some talented footballers that played in the WAFL and AFL. Including Murray Rance, Don Langsford, Brian Kerr, Murray Scheer, Phil Montgomerie, Scott Meadows and most recently Quinten Lynch. Keep an eye on our juniors as you never know who will end up playing professionally in years to come!
