GaleForce Running Squad (GFRS) is a sports club located in Brisbane, Australia. Established in December 2007, GFRS aims to cater to runners of all abilities, from beginners to experienced athletes. Chris also stresses the importance of building strength in the legs through accumulating kilometres, emphasising that smarter training is key to improving performance.
In addition to Chris, GFRS has a dedicated coaching team. Stuartholme School's Head Cross Country Coach and Coordinator, Head Athletics Coach and Coordinator, Fiona Day, Michelle Kunde, and David Lambert complete the coaching staff.
