Funky Dragons Triathlon Group

Funky Dragons triathlon was established in 2005 by owners Rod & Kathy Grace and caters for all levels of triathlete from the performance focused, the beginner getting started to the more driven triathlete pursuing the half ironman & ironman challenge.

Coaching is lead by Rod Grace whose objective is having each individual accomplish their goals via the development of their skill-set, performance platform and a positive and encouraging training environment. Through FD coaching individuals are able to pursue higher levels of personal performance. Rod has coached a wide range of triathlete’s and runner’s to finish lines, personal bests and podiums.
