It caters to a wide range of individuals, including those who are time-poor, young teenagers, mature individuals up to 90 years old, professional athletes, powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, people with physical disabilities and challenges, and general strength and muscle-building enthusiasts.
The gym believes that the current group exercise cross-training trend is unproductive and harmful, and therefore takes a different approach to training.
Fitnessland does not sell memberships indiscriminately. They carefully assess each individual to determine if they are a suitable fit for the gym. As a result, Fitnessland is never overcrowded, and a busy day for them may only have eight people in attendance. They prioritise quality over quantity, and are focused on creating an environment that is conducive to achieving real results.
