What is your PT Experience and background? “I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and have worked with clients of various fitness levels and backgrounds. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, and I am also a certified Functional Training Specialist.
What do you think you can offer your clients? “I believe in creating personalised exercise programmes that are tailored to each client's specific needs and goals. I also provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients stay accountable and achieve long-term success.
