Falcons Ice Hockey Club

Welcome to the Falcons Ice Hockey Club of South Australia, a club that has been a part of Ice Hockey South Australia (I. H. S. A) and the local ice hockey community for over 50 years.

Established in 1963, the club played their first official game against the Redwings in 1964 at the St Moritz Skating Rink in Hindley Street, Adelaide.

The Falcons are proud to be one of the five clubs that make up the senior local league in South Australia, and one of only three clubs that have been part of the league since its inception. Currently, the club has four teams representing them, with one team in the C Grade division, two teams in the B Grade division, and one team in the A Grade division.

As a founding member of the IHSA, the Falcons are committed to the development of ice hockey within South Australia. The club is home to a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds and abilities. Additionally, the Falcons have a strong history of assisting with the lower divisions to promote and encourage development for all those involved in the sport.

The Falcons Ice Hockey Club welcomes new members, players, and their families to join their ice hockey family. Whether you have previous experience playing the sport or are new to the game, the club is open to all.
